Delivery options available:

• SF Express door-to-door delivery - delivered to your designated address
• Self pick-up at SF Station or SF Locker - pick up at your convenience

Estimated delivery times:

• General Area: 2–5 working days
• Outlying Islands: 5 working days or above
• No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with your SF Express waybill number so you can track your parcel directly on the SF Express website.

Returns & Refund Policy

NS Collective offers a 14-day Product Quality Guarantee return and refund policy, starting from the date you sign for your order.

Returns are accepted when:

• The item has a merchandise defect

Returns will not be accepted if the item:

• Shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage
• Has been improperly used (exposure to chemicals, excessive heat, damp conditions, etc.)
• Has colour fading due to display or damage from improper washing
• Is not returned in its original condition with packaging and tags intact

How to initiate a return:

1. Email cs@starshineholdings.com with the item you wish to return and the reason
2. Await a Return Request Confirmation email stating the item and total refund amount
3. Pack and seal the item securely with the confirmation email printout, and send via SF Express
4. Once received and verified, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 20 business days

Please note that a HK$50 return handling charge will be deducted from your total refund amount. Returns are not accepted in-store.

The One Last Adventure Hoodie is a classic pullover in Heather Gray, made from a 45% cotton, 55% polyester blend. The Zip Hoodie version comes in Brown or Burgundy, uses a 72% cotton, 28% polyester blend, and features a zip closure for easier layering. Both share the same vintage, movie poster-style party graphic.

How do I track my order after purchase?

Once your order is dispatched from the warehouse, you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your SF Express waybill number. You can enter this number on the SF Express website to check your delivery status in real time.

What happens if no one is home when SF Express attempts delivery?

If SF Express is unable to reach you after two delivery attempts, your order will be cancelled and returned to the warehouse. A full refund for the products will be issued to your account within 20 days. Your original shipping fee, however, will not be refunded.

Can I exchange my hoodie for a different colourway instead of returning it?

The current returns policy covers product quality defects only, and exchanges are not explicitly offered - only refunds upon a successful return. For the One Last Adventure Zip Hoodie, if you'd prefer the other colourway (Brown vs. Burgundy), we recommend placing a new order after your refund is processed.
