Shipping Method & Timeline

  1. Self pick-up at S.F. Station/ S.F. Locker:

    • General Area: 2 - 5 Working Days
    • Outlying Islands: 5 Working Days or above
    • Please note that we do not provide delivery services on Sundays and public holidays.

    Delivery Details

    • Once your order is dispatched from the warehouse, our system will send you a “Shipment Confirmation Email” with the S.F. Express waybill number of your order. You can check the shipment status by entering the waybill number on the S.F. Express website. If you need to select a specify delivery time, please contact S.F. Express. (Please click here check the shipment status)
    • Due to recent scams involving fraudulent SMS messages impersonating "#SFExpress", all Self pick-up at S.F. Station/ S.F. Locker notifications will now be sent exclusively via the official SF Express App.
    • Click here Apple App Store / Google Play Store to download the official SF Express App to receive pickup notifications.
    • Please note that you must collect your order from the selected S.F. Station/ S.F. Locker within the designated time period. Orders not collected on time will be retrieved by SF Express and may incur additional charges. You may contact SF Express Customer Service to reschedule your pickup.

  2. Door to door delivery by S.F. Express

    • The products will be delivered by S. F. Express to the designated address on your order bill.
    • General Area: 2 - 5 Working Days
    • Outlying Islands: 5 Working Days or above
    • Please note that we do not provide delivery services on Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Details

  • We will deliver the products via S. F. Express to the designated delivery address.
  • Once your order is dispatched, system will send a "Delivery Notification" Email with S. F. Express tracking no. You may input the no. in S. F. Express website to track the parcel. If you would like to reschedule the delivery time, please contact S. F. Express directly.
  • Please ensure you have input your phone number correctly, so that S. F. Express courier could reach you.
  • If our delivery partner cannot contact you for delivery after two attempts, the related order will be cancelled and returned to our warehouse. The payment will be refunded to your account within 20 days.

Delivery Area

We offer shipping to addresses within HKSAR and Macau only.

Shipping Fee

  • If you purchase the products as a member of NS COLLECTIVE, we offer free delivery on net purchase over $800. Orders less than $800 are charged $50 delivery fee.
  • If you purchase products as a guest, the shipping charge is HK$50 per order.
  • If the products are returned to us due to conflict between the delivery address and the address you filled in, no shipping charge can be refunded, but you will be issued a full refund for the products you have ordered but not received.
  • We offer free delivery on all Macau orders over $1500. Orders less than $1500 are charged $100 delivery charge.
  • We have shipping fee promotion to members irregularly, please refer to the information at online store.

Order Tracking

Only exclusive to S. F. Express door-to-door delivery and Self pick-up in S.F. Station

You could use the waybill number from the shipment email to track the status of your order on the S. F. Express website. You may also contact S. F. Express to arrange the delivery time.
